Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites. The candidate will ensure work quality, safety compliance, timely execution, and coordination between engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSite ManagementSupervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, engineers, and vendors.
- Check availability of materials and ensure timely procurement.
- Inspect workmanship, rectify defects, and maintain site cleanliness.
