About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, organized, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team at iDroid Academy. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of guiding prospective students while also providing administrative and back-office support to ensure the smooth functioning of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain student records and admission-related documentation.
• Coordinate with students regarding fee payments, batches, and course schedules.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
• Provide back-office support whenever required.
• Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth academic operations.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and students.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience in admission counselling, customer service, or administration will be an added advantage.
