To attend customers vehicle for body repairs, accidental insurance claim, job card opening, repair supervision.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers, insurance surveyor and technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate services or repairs, insurance claim approval and ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.
