Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesField Staff Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel, providing them with necessary documentation, schedules, and troubleshooting support.
- Operational Reporting: Draft, refine, and submit comprehensive reports on behalf of field teams. You will take raw data/feedback and turn it into professional, actionable insights.
- Performance Observation: Monitor field activity logs and progress to identify patterns, delays, or areas for improvement.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate digital records of field visits, expenses, and client interactions.
- Process Optimization: As a quick learner, you will be expected to master our internal systems rapidly and suggest ways to streamline communication between the office and the field.
