About the RoleWe are hiring energetic and target-oriented Business Development Managers for our BFSI client. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for BFSI products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Identify new market opportunities and business prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing
- Maintain customer database and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Eligibility CriteriaMBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
