Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective students via calls/emails to understand their needs
  • Provide information on full-time & distance learning programs
  • Counsel and guide candidates based on career goals
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
  • Build relationships and support throughout the enrolment process
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and achieve targets

Requirements:

  • Pursuing graduation or higher
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good counselling and listening ability
  • Basic knowledge of education programs
  • Target-driven and well-organized
