Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and create a fun, positive atmosphere.
• Explain game rules, participation methods, and prize-winning criteria clearly.
• Operate carnival game stations efficiently and ensure games run smoothly.
• Encourage guest participation and promote game activities to increase engagement.
• Assist children, families, and groups during gameplay.
• Award prizes and maintain proper prize inventory as per company guidelines.
• Ensure all safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Monitor game equipment and report technical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual appeal, and organization of the carnival area.
• Handle guest feedback, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Support events, birthday parties, promotions, and peak-hour operations.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent guest service.
