Job Description
Collection (रिकविी एजेंट) Age 21-35
• Responsibilities:
o Visit loan defaulters to remind them of overdue payments.
o Advise customers on loan settlement options or restructuring.
o Recover payments for SMA/NPA accounts to improve bank health.
Salary Package- CTC: ₹19,500 per month (+ GST to vendor)
In-hand: Approx. ₹17,000 – ₹17,500
Extra: Incentives + Travel (up to ₹10,000) + ₹500 mobile + ₹1,000 (if DRA certified)
