Cost Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) to manage financial planning, cost control, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing costs, improving profitability, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost sheets, budgets, and financial reports
• Monitor and control operational and production costs
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings
• Conduct variance analysis and suggest cost-saving measures
• Support internal and external audits
• Develop financial strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports
• Coordinate with different departments for cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

Requirements

• Qualified CMA / CWA (from Institute of Cost Accountants of India)
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/costing
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred
