Job Description – Sales Executive (Counter + Field Sales)

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills

Location: Rohit Nagar, Bhopal

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (for field sales performance)

Additional Benefits: Mobile & Petrol Allowance (for field sales activities)

Working Hours: Rotational shifts

Leaves: 2 leaves per month

Job Role

The organization is hiring Sales Executives for both Counter Sales and Field Sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions at the store, generating sales, and supporting business development activities through corporate visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally at the store

• Help customers with product selection and recommendations

• Handle billing and coordinate with the store team

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter and display area

• Promote bakery products and support upselling activities

• Visit corporate offices, schools, hotels, industries, and business establishments for sales activities

• Generate sales leads and develop business relationships

• Coordinate for bulk, corporate, and event-based orders

• Conduct regular client follow-ups and market visits

• Maintain proper telephonic etiquette and customer communication

• Maintain basic sales, client, and stock records

• Represent the brand professionally during meetings and customer interactions

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• English-speaking candidates will be preferred

• Strong customer handling, selling, and negotiation skills

• Presentable personality and positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Bike is mandatory for field sales activities

• Willingness to travel within the city for client visits

• Prior experience in bakery, retail, food sales, or field sales will be an advantage
