• Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email

• Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound)
• Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email)
• Blended Process

💰 Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience & process)
• Performance incentives available

🎓 Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

⏰ Shift:

• Day & Rotational shifts available
