Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive long-term engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Client Handling – Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Issue Resolution – Address queries and resolve complaints quickly.
- Business Growth – Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Feedback Management – Collect and share customer insights with internal teams.
- Reporting – Keep records of interactions and provide updates to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in customer service or account management preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools/software
