Customer Support Executive (E-commerce—Email Process)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Office timing - 10am to 7pm (If required, can work in evening also). WFH - Work from home.

We are hiring experienced customer support executives for an international e-commerce organization. The role involves handling customer queries through email with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to international customer queries via email support only
• Resolve complaints, refund requests, order issues, and product-related concerns
• Ensure timely and quality responses as per company standards
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and complex cases
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow internal processes
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce Customer Support (Email Process mandatory)
• Graduate (Compulsory)
• Good English communication skills (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willing to commit for a minimum of 1 year
• No leaves allowed during first 3 months of training (except major festivals)
