Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Inbound Voice

Job Description:

We are hiring for a Customer Support Associate – Inbound Voice role for our Bhopal location (IT Park). The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent customer support over calls.

Eligibility:

• Graduates: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• Undergraduates must have minimum 6 months of calling experience

• Good communication skills required

Salary & Shift:

• ₹17,000 CTC | Approx. ₹16,200 In-hand

• Rotational Day Shifts (9–6 / 10–7 / 11–8 / 12–9)

• 6 Working Days | 1 Rotational Off

Location: IT Park, Bhopal
