Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with at least 0-6 months of experience to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. The candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of entered data.
• Generate reports and maintain data files as required.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and manage data.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Perform regular data backups and maintain data integrity.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 0-6 months of experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12th, Graduate or diploma in any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of data management systems is an added advantage.

Salary: Rs. 7000 – 9000 per month
