Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyaan)
- Warehouse, restaurant ya store se items pick karna
- Nikalne se pehle order details verify karna (items, address, payment status)
- Time par customers ko delivery karna
- Zarurat padne par cash ya digital payments handle karna
- Delivery records maintain karna (mobile apps ke through)
- Traffic rules follow karna aur safe driving/riding karna
- Customers se baat karke directions ya updates dena
Skills & Requirements (Skills aur Zaroorat)
- Basic navigation skills (GPS apps jaise Google Maps use karna)
- Achha time management aur punctuality
- Basic communication skills
- Long hours ke liye physical stamina
- Valid driving license (bike/car ke liye)
- Smartphone aur delivery apps ka basic knowledge
