Job Description

·     Networking: LAN/WAN, VLAN, STP/RSTP, Inter-VLAN Routing, Layer-3 Switching, EtherChannel, VTP, SVI, GRE, DHCP, DNS.

·     Routing Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP, Static Routing.

·     Security: Palo Alto & Fortinet Firewalls, ACLs, VPN (IPSec/SSL), Port Security, MAC Binding.

·     Hardware: Cisco Catalyst 9K Switches & Routers, D-Link Switches, NAS, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IP Cameras.

·     Systems & OS: Windows Server (2003/2008/2012), Windows Desktop, macOS, Ubuntu Linux

·     Tools: Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark.

·     IT Support: On-site & remote support, preventive maintenance, IT asset management, SLA-based troubleshooting.
