Job Description
Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Head
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in paid advertising, social media marketing, lead generation, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and marketing automation.
- This role requires someone who can drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and maximize return on marketing investment.
- Experience5–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and leading a marketing team.
- EducationBachelor's degree (Graduate) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Salary₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
- Lead A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, and marketing content.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, assigning targets and reviewing performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with sales and admissions teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Required SkillsStrong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with lead generation, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in the education, training, EdTech, or service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, AI-powered marketing platforms, and CRM systems is an added advantage.
