Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Run and optimize Meta, Google, and YouTube ads to drive leads/sales within CAC & ROAS targets
- Social Media: Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube content calendar — posts, reels, stories, community replies
- SEO & Content: Basic on-page SEO, keyword research, blogs, and website content to improve organic traffic
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Set up campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences using tools like Mailchimp, Gupshup, or Zoho
- Analytics: Track daily metrics via Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and prepare weekly performance reports
- Creative Coordination: Brief designers/video editors for ad creatives, reels, and landing pages that convert
- Influencer & Collabs: Identify and manage influencer partnerships, UGC creators, and barter deals
- Marketplace & Website: Support listings and promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify if applicable
- Trendspotting: Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor campaigns to keep us ahead
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Comm / Any field with strong portfolio
- Experience: 1-4 years in digital marketing. Agency or D2C brand experience is a big plus
- Skills: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets. Basic SEO + copywriting
- Bonus: Experience in FMCG/Food/D2C brands, or shooting/editing reels
- Mindset: Creative + analytical, self-starter, comfortable with fast testing and quick iterations
