Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Location: Bhopal

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary-

We are looking for a reliable and organized Godown Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, inventory movement, and delivery coordination from our warehouse/godown in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, dispatch documentation, stock handling, and coordination with transporters to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities-

Prepare and manage daily dispatch schedules.

Verify outgoing goods against invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch orders.

Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely dispatch.

Maintain dispatch records and update stock movement in registers/software.

Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of goods.

Monitor inventory and report stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.

Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.

Requirements-

Graduate .

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, godown, or dispatch operations.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches.
