Position: Field Assistant – FA Hi-Tech Cluster

Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture

Experience: 1-2 Years

Age Criteria: 26 to 30 Years

 *Job Location: Vidisha, Dhar, Ujjain, Itarsi, Chhindwara* 

Relocation: Candidate should be ready to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential areas and farmers for developing hi-tech agriculture clusters.

• Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) including technical, financial, and operational aspects.

• Facilitate adoption of modern technologies such as precision farming, drip irrigation, protected cultivation, and digital agriculture tools.

• Coordinate with government departments, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and private stakeholders for project execution.

• Support farmers through training, capacity building, and awareness programs on advanced agricultural practices.

• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely implementation.

• Ensure compliance with government schemes, subsidies, and regulatory guidelines.

• Develop market linkages and value chain integration for cluster produce.

• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and data management of project activities.

• Conduct regular field visits and provide technical guidance to farmers.
