Job Description
Sales Executive – Solar | Arovia Solar Private Limited | Bhopal
Arovia Solar is hiring a field Sales Executive for our C&I solar business. You will visit industries, explain our PPA-based solar offerings, and drive closures.
What you'll do:
- Visit industries and meet decision-makers from assigned call lists
- Explain solar offerings, unit savings, and billing benefits in simple terms
- Get PPAs signed and follow up for payments and collections
- Manage client relationships post-signing
- Draft and respond to professional emails; update CRM and portals regularly
What we need:
- 1–3 years B2B / field sales experience (industrial/energy preferred)
- Good communication in Hindi and English; professional email writing ability
- Comfortable with MS Office, web portals, and basic calculations (units, rates, savings)
- Graduate in any discipline; solar knowledge a plus (training provided)
- Willingness to travel within Bhopal and nearby industrial areas
