Job Description : Sales – Center Pivot Irrigation Systems

ROLE CONTEXT

This is a frontline, field-intensive sales role focused on developing the Center Pivot irrigation market in and around surrounding markets. The role requires strong

capital equipment sales experience along with concept-selling capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Identify and develop business opportunities with farmers, FPOs, and institutional buyers
•  Drive market development and awareness for Center Pivot irrigation
• Educate customers on Center Pivot irrigation systems and demonstrate value proposition
• Conduct field demonstrations and farmer meetings to build awareness
• Create and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Close initial deals and establish reference sites
• Work alongside Outreach Associates to convert generated leads into closed sales across the region.
•  Represent Chiraharit in meetings with Government departments, agri-universities, and allied institutions.
• Drive liaison, advocacy, and business development for Centre Pivot and allied irrigation solutions with relevant Government bodies and institutional buyers — including empanelment, subsidy schemes, and tender opportunities.
