Field Sales Executive

Site Sales Executive – Shuttering Plywood

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and target-oriented Site Sales Executive to develop our Shuttering Plywood business in Bhopal and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and promoting the company's products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, contractors, developers, architects and construction sites.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the company's market presence.
• Generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities from construction projects and infrastructure sites.
• Meet customers regularly, understand their product requirements and recommend suitable company products.
• Explain product features, pricing and business benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors and project customers to generate repeat business.
• Collect complete customer information, including company name, contact person, mobile number, address, location, GST details (if available), business profile and product requirements.
• Submit daily visit reports (DVR), market feedback, customer details and competitor information to the company.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders to convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product availability and market activities.
• Achieve monthly sales, business development and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Plywood, Shuttering Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Veneer, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Cement, TMT Steel, Hardware, Paints or any B2B Sales industry will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
