Sanicare India is a manufacturer of home cleaning and hygiene products, serving retail, institutional, and government customers. Our product range includes floor cleaners, toilet cleaners, glass cleaners, dishwash liquids, phenyl  and other household cleaning solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our home cleaning FMCG products in the market. The role involves extensive fieldwork, including market surveys, retail visits, order collection, counter sales support, and relationship building with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Candidates with prior experience in FMCG sales, especially in home care, personal care, or hygiene products, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Market Survey & Research

  • Conduct regular market surveys to identify demand, competitor pricing, and new sales opportunities.
  • Collect information on retailer requirements and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze competitor activities and report findings to management.

Retail Sales & Order Booking

  • Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, kirana stores, and distributors.
  • Present products and explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Generate sales orders and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Counter Sales Support

  • Assist in counter sales activities when required.
  • Promote products to walk-in customers and retail buyers.

Distributor & Dealer Development

  • Appoint new distributors, wholesalers, and stockists in assigned areas.
  • Maintain relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Resolve retailer and distributor concerns.

Product Promotion

  • Implement marketing activities and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure visibility through posters, banners, and in-store displays.

Collections & Reporting

  • Follow up for payment collection as per company policy.
  • Submit daily reports covering visits, orders, collections, and competitor insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 1–5 years of FMCG sales experience preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
  • Experience in home cleaning, hygiene, or household products is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Knowledge of local market and sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email reporting.
  • Valid two-wheeler license preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in FMCG organizations will be preferred.
