Job Description

Hiring: O&M Head – Solar Site Operations

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Head for our solar project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of solar plant operations, team handling, and maintenance planning.

  • Requirements:
  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Solar O&M
  • Experience in handling solar site operations and maintenance activities
  • Knowledge of HT/LT systems, inverter operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Ability to manage site teams, reporting, and plant performance
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operation and maintenance of solar power plants
  • Ensure maximum plant efficiency and minimum downtime
  • Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
  • Monitor generation performance and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth site operations
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance at site
