Job Description

पद का नाम: हिंदी शिक्षक (अंशकालिक)उद्देश्य (Objective)4 वर्षीय दो बच्चों को उनकी आयु एवं सीखने के स्तर के अनुसार हिंदी भाषा का प्रारंभिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना तथा रोचक एवं रचनात्मक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से उनके हिंदी बोलने, सुनने, पढ़ने और लिखने के कौशल का विकास करना।

  1. मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ (Roles & Responsibilities)दो 4 वर्षीय बच्चों को हिंदी भाषा का प्रारंभिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना।
  2. हिंदी वर्णमाला, शब्दों एवं सरल वाक्यों का ज्ञान कराना।
  3. बच्चों को हिंदी बोलने एवं सही उच्चारण का अभ्यास कराना।
  4. कहानी, कविता, बालगीत एवं रोचक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से हिंदी सिखाना।
  5. बच्चों में हिंदी पढ़ने और लिखने की प्रारंभिक क्षमता विकसित करना।
  6. बच्चों की आयु के अनुसार सरल एवं रोचक शिक्षण गतिविधियाँ तैयार करना।
  7. बच्चों की सीखने की प्रगति पर नियमित रूप से ध्यान देना।
  8. बच्चों के लिए सकारात्मक, सुरक्षित एवं सीखने के अनुकूल वातावरण बनाए रखना।
  9. बच्चों में अच्छे व्यवहार, अनुशासन एवं सीखने की आदतों को विकसित करना।
  10. बच्चों की शिक्षा एवं प्रगति के संबंध में अभिभावक/अधिकृत व्यक्ति से आवश्यक समन्वय करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता (Basic Qualification)हिंदी विषय में स्नातक या समकक्ष योग्यता।
  • बच्चों को पढ़ाने में रुचि एवं धैर्य।
  • हिंदी भाषा का अच्छा ज्ञान एवं स्पष्ट उच्चारण।
  • वांछनीय योग्यता (Advanced Qualification)छोटे बच्चों को पढ़ाने का अनुभव।
  • हिंदी शिक्षण या बाल शिक्षा से संबंधित अनुभव/प्रशिक्षण।
  • रचनात्मक एवं गतिविधि-आधारित शिक्षण की समझ।
