[Digital Solutions is Marketing Partner Firm with FinTech Clients]

 

  • Manpower planning as per business requirement. Source, screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Ensure timely hiring for all open positions, Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
  • Daily attendance monitoring, Leave policy, Salary data preparation, Payroll verification before processing.
  • Monthly KPI tracking, Performance review coordination, Employee performance reports.
  • Maintain employee records, Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, Exit formalities.
  • HR policy implementation, Compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies. Attendance discipline. Leave compliance, Workplace behavior.
