Job Title: HR – Employee Relations (BPO)

Job Description:

We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive (Employee Relations) to join our growing BPO team! You’ll be the go-to person for creating a positive and engaging work environment, handling employee concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee grievances, feedback, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.

Drive engagement activities and build a positive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Support disciplinary procedures, exit interviews, and retention initiatives.

Partner with operations and HR teams to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

6 months–3 years of experience in Employee Relations (BPO experience preferred).

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of HR policies and employee engagement practices.

Location: Bhopal
