- Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment & HiringHandling end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Preparing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conducting joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Employee Records & DocumentationMaintaining employee personal files and HR records.
- Updating attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Managing joining, transfer, promotion, and separation documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Attendance & Payroll SupportMonitoring daily attendance and shift records.
- Coordinating with site/project teams for attendance compliance.
- Preparing salary inputs for payroll processing.
- Handling leave records, overtime, and deductions.
- Statutory ComplianceCoordinating PF, ESIC, and labor compliance documentation.
- Maintaining employee KYC and statutory records.
- Supporting audits and compliance-related activities.
- Employee RelationsAddressing employee queries and grievances.
- Maintaining discipline and workplace policies.
- Assisting in employee engagement activities.
- Coordinating warning letters, notices, and disciplinary actions.
- HR OperationsPreparing HR letters, circulars, and notices.
- Coordinating exit formalities and full & final settlement.
- Managing probation confirmation and increment records.
- Supporting performance evaluation processes.
- Site HR Coordination (For Real Estate/Construction Companies)Coordinating with site staff and project incharges.
- Monitoring manpower deployment at sites.
- Ensuring attendance reporting with GPS/photo compliance.
- Managing accommodation and site staff welfare records.
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to maintain records and handle confidential data.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
