Position: Associate - Contract Management

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team in an Associate role specializing in Contract Management. This is a full-time, contract-based position with 100% resource allocation, aimed at ensuring seamless operations in a critical capacity. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements. 

  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes for the organization. 

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation. 

  • Provide guidance and support to teams on contract-related matters. 

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to contracts and agreements. 

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience in contract management or a related field. 

  • Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA). 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong proficiency in Contract Management principles and practices. 

  • Ability to interpret complex contractual terms and conditions. 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 

Work Environment 

This is an onsite role where the selected candidate will work closely with various teams and stakeholders in a collaborative office setting.
