Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.  

Lead and manage large-scale programs, projects, or business functions.  

Engage with senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships.  

Drive business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and revenue growth.  

Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to clients and internal teams.  

Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.  

Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.  

Establish governance frameworks, operational processes, and performance metrics.  

Identify opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization.  

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

Strong leadership and team management experience.  

Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution.  

Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.  

Experience managing complex programs or projects.  

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI, cloud technologies, or emerging technologies.  

Consulting or advisory experience with large enterprises, government organizations, or multinational clients.  

Experience in organizational transformation and change management.  

Knowledge of enterprise architecture, business process optimization, and technology strategy.  

Relevant industry certifications.

12+ years 

Education qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
