Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled Sr. Designer to manage customized design
requirements, coordinate with architects/interior designers, and support customer conversion
through practical design solutions.
The ideal candidate should have design software knowledge, client-handling capability, and the
ability to translate project requirements into workable design concepts.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customized customer requirements for steel-based products by understanding
project specifications and design expectations
● Assess client and project needs to recommend practical, functional, and technically
feasible design solutions
● Coordinate regularly with architects, interior designers, civil professionals, and project
stakeholders for requirement alignment
● Create accurate 2D designs and layouts as per project requirements using relevant
design software
● Modify and refine designs based on client feedback while ensuring technical feasibility
and execution practicality
● Present design concepts clearly to clients and explain functionality, application, and
implementation suitability
● Support sales conversion through solution-oriented discussions and effective design
presentations
● Coordinate with internal execution and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and
smooth implementation
● Maintain accurate client records, project progress updates, and communication logs in
the CRM system
● Prepare project status reports, coordination updates, and documentation using Excel for
internal tracking and management review
Who We’re Looking For
● 2-4 years of experience in design coordination/ interior design
● Background in Civil Engineering / Interior Design preferred
● Proficiency in 2D design software
● Strong client-facing communication skills
● Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into practical solutions
● CRM and basic Excel knowledge preferred
● Detail-oriented and solution-driven
