Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and housekeeping activities of the office. The candidate should ensure cleanliness, assist staff, handle office errands, and maintain a professional office environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOffice MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness of the office, cabins, reception, pantry, meeting room, and washrooms.
- Ensure office furniture, equipment, and common areas remain neat and organized.
- Dispose of waste regularly and maintain hygiene standards.
- Pantry ManagementPrepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry and kitchen area.
- Monitor pantry stock and inform the Admin Department when replenishment is required.
- Office SupportAssist in photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing documents.
- Deliver documents and files within the office and to external locations when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms before meetings.
- Assist in office setup for events and client meetings.
- Courier & Banking WorkCollect and dispatch couriers.
- Deposit cheques and collect documents from banks or government offices as instructed.
- Handle local office errands.
- Inventory SupportMaintain office stationery and daily-use consumables.
- Assist in receiving office supplies and arranging them properly.
- Report shortages immediately.
- Visitor AssistanceWelcome visitors politely.
- Offer drinking water, tea, or coffee.
- Guide visitors to the concerned department.
- Other DutiesSupport all departments whenever required.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Required QualificationsMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Preferred)
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Previous office boy/peon experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Required SkillsHonest and trustworthy.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Good personal hygiene.
- Polite and respectful behaviour.
- Physically fit for office support activities.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Working Hours9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (or as per company policy)
