Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of the rental space.
• Ensure offices, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas are clean and operational.
• Handle member onboarding, check-in, and orientation.
• Manage seat allocation, cabin allocation, and meeting room bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, internet, maintenance, and vendors.
• Resolve member complaints promptly.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and pantry items.
• Prepare daily occupancy and operational reports.

2. Sales & Marketing

• Generate leads for private cabins, dedicated desks, and virtual offices.
• Conduct site visits and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Build relationships with startups, freelancers, SMEs, architects, CAs, lawyers, consultants, and corporates.
• Visit companies and business parks for corporate tie-ups.
• Coordinate with commercial property brokers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

3.Administration

• Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain membership agreements and records.
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and GST documentation.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Manage House keeping for daily routines and cleanliness
