Job Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible Operations Executive to join our advertising agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and freelancers.
- Maintain operational data, MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, invoices, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle administrative and back-office operations.
- Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations/Admin/Vendor Coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Quick learner with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency is preferred.
