Job Description – Picker / Packer
Position: Picker / Packer
Department: Logistics / Warehouse
Location: Bhopal
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order list.
- Pack items safely and accurately for dispatch.
- Scan and label products using a barcode scanner.
- Check product quantity and quality before packing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report damaged or missing items.
- Keep the warehouse clean and follow safety guidelines.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments when required. (ZipRecruiter)
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Basic reading and counting skills.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹31,000 per month (depending on experience, attendance, and incentives).
Working Hours: 8–10 hour shifts, including rotational shifts if required.
