🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
✔ Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
✔ Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
✔ Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements
✔ Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
✔ Ensure timely closure of open positions
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
✅ Consultancy recruitment experience will be an added advantage
