Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Visit fabricators dealing in stainless steel and aluminium.
  • Understand what materials they currently use and why.
  • Pitch Navkar Steel’s material as a better alternative and convert into sales.
  • Visit industries and explore requirements for stainless steel pipes and allied products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business.
  • Travel 3 days per week to nearby cities/villages within 150–200 km of Bhopal (Mandideep, Sehore, Raisen, Vidisha, etc.).
  • Regular follow-up with potential clients and updating lead/sales records.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.


  • Candidate Profile:Should have field sales/marketing experience, preferably in B2B or construction-related industries.
  • Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Must be comfortable with traveling 3 days/week.
  • Two-wheeler and smartphone are mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of stainless steel or industrial products is a plus.
