Job Description
Job Title: Agri Sales Executive (Regional Languages Required)
📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for result-driven Agri Sales Executives with hands-on experience in the agrochemical industry. The role focuses on dealer network expansion, product sales, and farmer engagement.
🧑🌾 Languages Required (MANDATORY):
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Marathi
(Candidate must be fluent in at least one of the above)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
- Promote agrochemical products (Insecticides, Fungicides, PGRs, Fertilizers)
- Generate daily leads via field visits + phone/WhatsApp
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct farmer meetings & product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with dealers for repeat orders
- Provide crop solution guidance (keede, rog, growth issues)
📈 What We Expect:
- Minimum 1 year experience in agrochemical sales
- Strong understanding of crop protection products
- Ability to close sales, not just generate leads
- Comfortable with field work + digital communication (WhatsApp calling)
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
