Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Promote and sell the company's products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Basic English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Shift:

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹8,000
