Job Description
Visit retailers, contractors, farmers, and industrial clients regularly
Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Maintain and expand the existing customer network
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions to customers
Report daily activities and sales updates to the head office (Bhopal)
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Electrical/Agri preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh
Basic understanding of electrical or agricultural products is a plus
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
