Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams by preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, and proforma invoices.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of customer information in CRM tools.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, track project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of IT services or products.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly sales reports, analyze pipeline data, and assist with revenue tracking.
- Coordination: Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and CRM software .
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
