Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Managing GST compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and departmental notices.
• Handling TDS compliances, return filing, and related reconciliations.
• Preparation of MIS reports, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
• Bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations.
• Coordination with auditors, consultants, banks, and government departments.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
• Supervision and review of junior accountants’ work.
• Assisting in income tax assessments, notices, and statutory matters.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance.
• Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
• Strong drafting and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of ROC and statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling client communications and notices.
