Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Telecaller who will be responsible for hiring delivery boys. The candidate will connect with potential delivery partners, explain the job role, and guide them through the hiring process. 


Key Responsibilities:

* Call potential candidates and explain the delivery job opportunity

* Provide complete information about the job role, salary, and requirements

* Screen candidates and check their basic eligibility

* Maintain candidate data and daily calling records

* Follow up with interested candidates until they complete the joining process

* Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets
