  • Job Responsibilities:Call candidates for blue-collar job openings
  • Explain job details, salary, location, and joining process
  • Maintain candidate database and follow-up regularly
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruitment team
  • Achieve daily calling and hiring targets
  • Handle candidate queries professionally
