• Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers/candidates.
• Explain company services and job opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
• Schedule interviews or appointments when required.
• Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
