Job Description
Choice Broking is looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our financial products and services, and generating leads to contribute to the company’s growth.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
Clearly explain brokerage plans, demat account features, and investment services
Convince and convert leads into active clients
Maintain follow-up with interested prospects
Record daily interactions and update CRM systems
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the sales team and support staff to ensure smooth onboarding
✅ Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of financial markets is a plus
Ability to learn quickly and handle objections professionally
Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM tools
Team player with a positive attitude
