We are hiring Telecalling Executives for a financial services process focused on debt collection for banks and financial institutions. Leads will be provided, and candidates must handle both inbound and outbound calls.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Follow up on provided leads

• Convert leads into successful recoveries

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments

• Maintain proper call records and updates

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply

• Basic English communication required

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Comfortable handling debt collection process
