Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-ups: Schedule timely follow-up calls with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and services.
Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office.
- Patient, resilient, and target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
